FAMILY LIFE GROUP
The objectives of our group are to build joyful, united, loving, committed marriages and families. We try to achieve this through Monthly family Mass which is held on every 2nd Friday of the month. The Homilies during the family Mass is focused on family life. We also pray and celebrate special occasions like wedding anniversaries, mother’s day, father’s day at the family Mass. After Mass, we promote interaction amongst parishioners.
Other activities we undertake are Annual Parish Family day, couples’ night, Parish picnic, educational tours and more.
Responsibilities of Group Members are to attend and organize Family Masses, attend monthly meetings, attend SCC meetings and participate in programs and activities organized by the Parish. Members are welcome to participate and help out in the activities organized by the group.

COUPLES FOR CHRIST (CFC)
Couples for Christ (CFC) is a registered society in Singapore intended for the renewal and strengthening of Christian family life. The members have committed themselves to the Lord and to one another so that they may grow in maturity as men and women of God and fulfill their primary vocation of raising up families under the lordship of Jesus Christ and for the service of the Kingdom of God.
CFC vision: “FAMILIES IN THE HOLY SPIRIT RENEWING THE FACE OF THE EARTH”
CFC mission: “BUILDING THE CHURCH OF THE HOME AND THE CHURCH OF THE POOR”
Internationally, CFC is recognized by the Vatican as a private institution of the faithful, the decree having first been formally signed in March 2000, and is represented on the Pontifical Council for the Family.
CFC is also an affiliate programme of the Family Life Society, Singapore & one of the recognized Church Groups in St Francis of Assisi Parish.
Activities/Meetings:
We have our (PA) Prayer Assembly every 1st Friday of the Month where all members in Singapore (West & East Chapters) will join together in prayer, singing & fellowship.
We also have:
1) A household meeting at least twice a month (weekdays or weekends) where a group of 5 to 6 couples will pray/sing together & have a personal sharing topics to discuss to be held in one of the couples homes (Men will be separated from Women during discussion).
2) A teaching night every 3rd Friday of the month.
3) A (MER) Marriage Enrichment Retreat once a year (a 2-days & 1-night retreat meant for couples).
4) A (CLP) Christian Life Program as part of our service in the Parish we are in.
